Lifestyle, Environment, & Health

In order for the whole being — mind, body, and spirit — to heal, it must be grounded in a healing environment, as the external reflects the internal.

This understanding set the framework for my move to Oahu, Hawaii in 2023 where I began to truly experience the beauty and balance of eating nourishing foods, practicing daily movement, and supporting myself through herbal and homeopathic remedies.

Through consistent reflection and life in community, I began educating friends about the wisdom of herbalism, along with the simplicity and joy of cooking. Most importantly, the dinner table became a steady center piece for growth and discussion.

When we look at our lives, it is easy to neglect or blame the factors in our external environment that may be contributing to our negative health effects, such as stress, work, lack of true community, and political or economic events, etc…

But the truth is that these factors can be associated with health issues, and we have the opportunity to choose the environment we live in.

We also have the ability and freedom to choose wellness, new patterns, peace, joy, and abundance — rather than living from a place of fear.

So, what will you choose?
